  • Knowledge of the basics of CRM and ability to visualize CRM data through customized dashboards based on business unit needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to management and business units about opportunities and threats that they were previously unaware of.
  • Supervise and ensure proper usage of the CRM across the region.
  • Monitor and track the use of various sales tools and applicable programs, such as e-Learning platforms, CRM, and quote modules.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business intelligence, data warehouses, data analysis, database management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and critical thinking, with knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks and demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task in high-pressure performance-driven environments.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder experience and internal expectations.
  • Broad understanding of modern inbound/outbound sales and marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Education: UG (B.Arts, B.Com, B.Sc) and PG (MBA/PGDM) in any specialization.
  • Years of relevant experience: Min. 4-5 years of experience in BI.
