Job Title: Agile Project Manager

The Agile Project Lead will lead software development initiatives and manage the entire product development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — from requirements gathering and analysis through design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution and effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence through proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals by leveraging data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum and achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams by providing expertise and guidance where needed.
