About this Opportunity
Elevate your career in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an IP Admin (Docketing & Paralegal), you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys with global patent filings and prosecution.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining daily dockets for clients worldwide, following up on patent and trademark application filings, prosecution, etc. with clients, updating software databases, formulating and sending emails, and communicating with clients/attorneys over conference calls.
Additionally, you will prepare PTO documents, identify and/or verify patent family members via PTO registers and commercial databases, check bibliographic, assignment and priority details from PTO registers, file histories and assignment databases, evaluate patent portfolios of target companies, and conduct trademark pre-filing searches in global jurisdictions.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an IP Admin (Docketing & Paralegal). The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in the field of paralegal and docketing, knowledge of IP paralegal functions, sound knowledge of patent prosecution laws in key jurisdictions, and ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
