Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental business growth with assigned accounts by developing and executing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of factory and process automation, as well as exceptional technical knowledge in related fields. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop technical concepts, and implement solutions that drive business value.

Your expertise in project management, sales support, and execution will enable you to successfully deliver projects from specification to implementation. A strong background in food and beverage/cpg technology is essential, as is experience with discrete and process automation, industrial networks, and manufacturing operations management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share with assigned accounts.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients on factory and process automation solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in factory and process automation, preferably in a similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of factory and process automation technologies, including discrete and process automation, industrial networks, and manufacturing operations management software.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales support and project execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
