Senior Automation Professional

Innovative Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team of experts in developing sustainable solutions. Our core values of care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration drive our mission to empower everyone to create innovative solutions.

  • Understand industrial automation products (PLC, HMI, VFD, and motion controller)
  • Develop and support machine applications at OEM level
  • Communicate effectively with the reporting manager, sales team, customer, and team until project completion
  • Support sales with technical presentations and discussions to promote B&R solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow coding standards and guidelines
  • Develop projects from specifications to FAT and SAT
  • Modify series machines, provide machine breakdown support, and train customers
  • Escalate issues, provide regular reports, briefings, and reviews using agreed processes

Interact regularly with customers to ensure smooth workflow, close work timely and effectively, and maintain IP protection.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 4-6 years of application development and support experience within the Indian business environment, preferably in multinational companies
  • Well-developed understanding of industrial automation systems like PLCs, motors, drives, motion control, and robotic systems
