Education Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Mumbai, India as an Education Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans for procedural development and adoption using market models to understand adoption rates for different therapies.
  • Track therapy adoption at the surgeon level and coordinate with sales teams to drive training and education strategy.
  • Create a comprehensive plan to implement strategy for specific therapeutic areas, identify local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and work closely with sales teams to develop best-in-class training programs for budding surgeons.
  • Collect and process comprehensive procedure data, plan and organize KOL engagement programs, and provide scientific support during events.
  • Engage KOLs in cross-functional specialties, implement the Physician Connect Program, and build internal capabilities.
  • Plan and organize programs, coordinate with KOLs, and provide scientific support during events.
  • Develop and execute plans to address prevalence of procedures, develop innovative schemes to educate stakeholders, and increase training and education footprints at existing surgeons.

Requirements:

  • BE/BTech/MBBS/MBA from a reputable institute or person with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Therapy Development, Training and Education, Procedural Marketing in medical devices/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of program management is mandatory. Good interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and willingness to travel extensively.
