Finance Operations Executive
\- Responsible for managing the entire finance function of the organization, encompassing fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / Service Tax (pending matters), and statutory compliance.
- Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance documents in a timely manner.
- Ensure effective procurement to pay, order to cash, capital expenditure management, salary, and employee reimbursement processes.
- Oversee the fixed assets of the organization and conduct financial statement variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to provide cost-saving opportunities to the management team.
- Guarantee timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
- Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
