Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our high-growth team.

  • About the Role:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings, mitigating risks and maintaining regulatory adherence.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide actionable financial insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance overall financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance, with hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models), with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
