Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Data Architect. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data solutions using cloud-native technologies and big data platforms.

About the Role:

  • Data Architecture: Define data architecture blueprints for our products, including data flow diagrams, system integrations, and storage solutions.
  • Cloud Development: Lead the development of our cloud-based data platform, implementing data pipelines and warehouses using cloud services.
  • Big Data Integration: Ingest large-scale datasets from various sources and optimize processing of big data using Spark.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models for our databases and data lakes, designing relational schemas and dimensional models that cater to both operational applications and analytical workloads.
  • Advanced Analytics Enablement: Work closely with analytics teams to enable AI and advanced analytics, providing well-structured data sets and creating pipelines that feed machine learning models.
  • Efficiency and Scalability: Design efficient, scalable processes for data handling, optimizing ETL jobs and implementing incremental data loading strategies.
  • Data Governance & Security: Embed data governance into the architecture, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with technology leadership and architects to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions, providing technical leadership to data engineers and leading architecture review sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields, with a track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud computing, big data expertise, data modeling & warehousing, programming & scripting, analytics and AI orientation, leadership & soft skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required, (Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
