About This Role

Seeking a seasoned Automation Professional to lead test automation efforts end-to-end, ensuring UI and API tests are robust, efficient, and integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

You will be responsible for crafting UI test flows, exploring AI tools to enhance QA processes, automating backend/API tests, and maintaining test data and environments. Additionally, you will debug failing builds, isolate bugs, and log them promptly.

  • Build UI test flows using Playwright.
  • Explore the integration of AI tools to improve QA processes.
  • Automate backend/API tests using Postman or equivalent.
  • Write smoke tests, regression suites, kill switches, and sanity checks.
  • Integrate all tests into GitHub pipelines for auto-validation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools.
  • A solid understanding of API testing, version control, and test lifecycle.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) is a plus.
