The Opportunity

Snaphunt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
