As a Sr. FinOps Analyst, you will be responsible for processing invoices as per agreed timeliness and quality, performing quality checks based on agreed parameters, providing feedback, and preparing dashboards covering key metrics.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing operational performance metrics, effectively presenting data to vendors and internal teams, and interacting with Retail & Finance teams while working on the same vendor account.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Addressing any account-related inquiries and concerns from vendors and ensuring vendors know to use Amazon tools.
- Conducting reviews and identifying vendor accounts that are likely to become a delivery hold situation and proactively working on their account balances.
- Working in flexible shift timings, including night shifts and weekends/holidays, based on business requirements.
