Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using Excel and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies. This will involve analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and making recommendations to stakeholders.

You will also provide operational support to the team by managing account mapping, territory allocation, audits, data checks, and maintenance of internal planning processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data, enhancing accuracy through third-party mapping and validation exercises.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities and support segment-level, territory-level, and industry-level insights guiding expansion efforts. You will also address ad-hoc analytical requests that inform acquisition and growth strategies.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Data analytics with expertise in working with large sets of data and tools including Excel and SQL.
  • Experience working with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and/or Presto, Anaplan is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL, experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Process Improvement experience and mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality (The role is a good mix of strategy and operations).
  • Experience working on operations-heavy workstreams like territory management, account allocation.
