ERP Software Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled ERP software coordinator to provide support and coordination for our garment exports operations.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of ERP software, strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The role involves data management, user support, process monitoring, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Enter and update order details, BOMs, costing, style masters, and other data in ERP.
  • User Support & Coordination: Provide assistance to merchandisers, production, accounts, and stores teams in using ERP.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor workflow in ERP to ensure timely data input by concerned departments.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of ERP software.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce / IT / Textile / Apparel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in ERP (preferably Visual Gems) in garment manufacturing/export industry.
