Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead the development and construction of various projects within the built environment.

  • Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
  • Conduct site investigations and analyze data, maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant information.
  • Carry out technical feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
  • Assess potential risks, materials, and costs, and provide advice on resolving creatively any emerging problems or deficiencies.
  • Oversee staff, liaise with stakeholders, handle over resulting structures and services for use, monitor progress, and compile reports on project status.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety, and deliver technical files as required.
