We are into multiple business segments like Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Start-up funding and Compliances etc.

This position involves managing end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials.

2. Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries.

3. Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Goods Issue (GI):

1. Execute GI transactions in SAP.

2. Ensure correct material movement type usage.

3. Maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.

Purchase Requisition (PR):

1. Create and manage PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements.

2. Coordinate with user departments for requirement validation.

3. Track PR status and ensure timely conversion to PO.

Purchase Order (PO) Management:

1. Create, modify, and track purchase orders in SAP.

2. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery.

3. Monitor open POs and follow up for order closures or changes.

SAP Reporting and Documentation:

1. Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status.

2. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Inventory Management:

1. Maintain minimum & maximum inventory levels.

2. Place orders as per the inventory requirement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in SAP MM module.

2. Knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes.

3. Strong understanding of inventory and material movements.

4. Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.

5. Good communication and coordination skills.

6. Familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred).

2. Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector.

3. Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
