Job Title: Sign Language Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work as a Sign Language Interpreter, specializing in French, Bengali, and Nepali languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret spoken communication between Bengali/Nepali/French and English in real-time with precision and accuracy.
  • A B2 certification in French is required for this role.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails where bilingual support is needed to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and tone during interpretation to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least two languages (source and target languages) to facilitate accurate interpretation.
  • Interpretation certification or relevant experience is necessary for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are essential for effective interpretation.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is crucial.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity are vital for providing top-notch service.

Working Environment:

  • A 5-day working schedule with 2 rotational week offs provides a healthy work-life balance.

Qualification:

HSC can also be considered for this role, provided they meet the necessary requirements.
