Our company is seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Design leader to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned UX designer with a strong track record of delivering user-centered design solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that meet business objectives while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  • Lead design discussions with stakeholders to define design goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create and implement design solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the design team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive design innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to determine feasibility of designs.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
