Financial Planning and Operations Role

This position is focused on developing and maintaining a robust financial plan and execution, providing financial support and advice to management in closing business deals. The ideal candidate will work closely with specific business units and actively participate in its operations and management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement financial plans to achieve set OKRs
  • Manage ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time
  • Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency
  • People management and internal stakeholder management are also critical attributes to success
Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, cadence and resilience are also essential. Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs is necessary.

A qualified CA Fresher from the 2025 batch is required for this role.
