Quantitative Trading Role

We are seeking a skilled trader to develop, implement and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives. This role offers unparalleled profit-sharing opportunities for proven performers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling and risk management. They will be responsible for developing and optimizing systematic trading algorithms and strategies, conducting rigorous back-testing and statistical analysis of trading models, monitoring real-time trading performance and risk metrics, implementing risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies, and collaborating with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure.

This is a contractual position that provides substantial trading capital based on performance. Our state-of-the-art trading infrastructure and low-latency execution will give you the edge you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies.
  • Back-Testing and Analysis: Conduct rigorous back-testing and statistical analysis of trading models.
  • Trading Performance Monitoring: Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • Quantitative Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling and risk management.
  • Market Microstructure Knowledge: Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms and latency optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms or investment banks preferred.
