About this role:

This is a hands-on position requiring strong execution skills, collaboration, and adaptability. You will identify, test, and scale strategic projects that drive growth or operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end execution of pilot projects, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analysis of performance data and user feedback to inform scaling, iteration, or sunset decisions.
  • Development of internal documentation and frameworks to capture and share learnings across the organisation.
  • Contribution to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Thought partnership with leadership, providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms expertise a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments or startups preferred.
