Senior Risk Governance Specialist

We seek a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Asset Liability Management team. As a key team member, you will monitor liquidity and interest rate risk, highlight concerns to management, and provide insights with impact analysis.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
You will also prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory limits.
An additional key aspect of your role is to develop and maintain a daily dashboard to track liquidity and ALM metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
As part of your job, you will work on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems, enhancing current solutions and developing new ones.
Furthermore, you will foster liaison with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Business teams, driving commercial savings and ensuring compliance.
Maintaining confidentiality of client and company information is crucial, adhering to RBI policies and guidelines.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
