Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist-Kannada

Hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive is an exciting opportunity at Hire Xpert. This position is suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in sales or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales is required. Candidates with knowledge of banking, PSC, SSC, RRB, spoken English, coding, or stock market are preferred. Fluency in Kannada and good command of the English language are essential. An Android mobile phone is also required. A growth mentality is a must.
