We are seeking a skilled Painting Professional to join our team.
Job Description:The Painting Professional will be responsible for filling small dents and scratches with body filler, ensuring a smooth surface for paint adhesion. This involves cleaning and preparing materials, guaranteeing a strong bond between paint and substrate. The professional will also blend colors to match adjacent panels for a seamless finish. Additionally, they will work with hazardous materials, prioritizing safety and personal protection. Furthermore, the Painting Professional will mix and spray paint and primer according to work instructions. They will clean panels in preparation for painting and priming, document materials used for traceability, and manage the collection, disposal, and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. Finally, the professional will maintain spray equipment and select appropriate paint or mixes paints using automated mixing equipment.
Requirements:- Ability to fill small dents and scratches with body filler.
- Skilled in blending colors to match adjacent panels.
- Experience working with hazardous materials.
- Ability to mix and spray paint and primer.
- Knowledge of panel preparation and painting techniques.
- Strong organizational skills.
