Job Title: Infosec Specialist
Location: Remote
Required Experience - 6 -12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, leveraging SIEM tools such as Splunk and QRadar.
- Drive cloud security initiatives across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Conduct vulnerability management and penetration testing to identify, assess, and remediate security risks.
- Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Implement and oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, aligned with Zero Trust frameworks.
- Perform risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen security posture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in SOC operations and SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure certifications highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and threat detection techniques.
- Familiarity with compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA.
- Understanding of IAM practices and Zero Trust architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
