ServiceNow GRC Developer Position Overview

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow platform features
  • Implement ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions for enterprise production environments
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC product components and Audit Management
  • Maintain solid knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Catalog
  • Assess vendor security using Compliance and Risk applications
  • Track, monitor, report, and remediate findings using ServiceNow GRC tools
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts
  • Collaborate with Agile teams and resolve complex tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
