Location: Remote (INDIA)

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC solutions to ensure that businesses meet their governance, risk, and compliance requirements. The consultant will work with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP GRC solutions, including access control, audit management, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP GRC Implementation & Configuration:

o Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and other relevant modules.

o Manage end-to-end GRC lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

o Define, configure, and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, access control mechanisms, and risk management workflows in SAP GRC solutions.

o Implement SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and integrate them with SAP GRC Access Control.

Access Control & Role Management:

o Design and implement role-based access control in SAP and SAP S/4HANA to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

o Configure and manage Access Control Rules, SoD Conflicts, Role Management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).

o Ensure that the organization's access controls comply with key standards such as SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.

Risk Management & Compliance:

o Assist in designing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes using SAP GRC Risk Management.

o Implement audit management and incident management solutions within SAP GRC to streamline internal audits and track non-compliance or risks.

o Work with compliance teams to integrate GRC best practices for managing external audits, internal controls, and policy enforcement.

Governance & Reporting:

o Develop and configure governance frameworks and reporting solutions to monitor risks, controls, and compliance activities within SAP.

o Provide regular reports and dashboards for senior management on governance, risk, and compliance activities, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of the risk landscape.

Integration with Other Systems:

o Lead the integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC) and non-SAP systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data for risk and compliance management.

o Work with technical teams to configure and integrate SAP GRC solutions with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and other third-party risk management systems.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

o Identify areas of improvement in the GRC landscape and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, security, and compliance management.

o Lead the performance optimization of SAP GRC solutions to ensure efficient processing of access control, risk management, and audit activities.

Support & Troubleshooting:

o Provide ongoing support for SAP GRC solutions, including troubleshooting issues related to configurations, user access, and risk management.

o Perform regular maintenance activities and apply patches and updates to ensure the systems remain up-to-date and compliant.

Training & Documentation:

o Create comprehensive documentation for GRC implementations, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation.

o Train end-users and internal teams on SAP GRC best practices, tools, and workflows.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the SAP GRC solutions meet business and compliance requirements.

o Collaborate with internal auditors, legal, and compliance teams to align SAP GRC processes with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

o 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations and configuration, including SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and related modules.

o Proven experience in designing and implementing role-based access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Emergency Access Management (EAM) in SAP environments.

o Experience in managing large, complex SAP GRC projects from inception to post-implementation support.

Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and SAP Business Role Management (BRM).

o Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration with GRC.

o Expertise in SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, Audit Trails, and compliance management.

o Proficiency in SAP reporting tools, including SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Certifications:

o SAP certification in SAP GRC is highly preferred.

o Additional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or other security-related certifications are beneficial.

Problem Solving:

o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex GRC-related issues efficiently.

o Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Project Management:

o Proven experience in leading SAP GRC projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

o Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Good to have Skills:

Cloud & SAP HANA: Experience with cloud-based GRC solutions or SAP's cloud offerings (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform) is a plus.

Compliance Standards: Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, COSO, and other industry standards related to compliance and governance.

Advanced Reporting: Experience with advanced reporting and dashboard tools in SAP or third-party tools for governance and compliance monitoring
