The role of a SAP GRC Security Consultant is pivotal in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize SAP GRC system performance to guarantee optimal functionality and security.
  • Configure and manage access controls in SAP GRC, create or update roles, assign privileges, and oversee user administration.
  • Perform risk assessments and manage security violations using SAP GRC Risk Analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditing teams to ensure consistent compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues or inefficiencies, proposing effective solutions.
  • Guide and train end-users on best practices for system use, enhancing their proficiency.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP GRC system updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, operational procedures, and any system changes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of critical prod SAP GRC systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP GRC technology, making recommendations for updates and process improvements when beneficial.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, knowledge of ABAP and Fiori is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a team player capable of working in a challenging and demanding environment.
