We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) professional to join our team in delivering efficient field service operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP FSM solutions, integrating with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA or ECC), and designing service workflows, rules, and customer SLAs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP FSM solutions
  • Integrating FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP CS/SM, or 3rd-party systems
  • Developing and managing service workflows, rules, and customer SLAs
  • Supporting real-time reporting and analytics for service operations

A strong understanding of field service processes, including dispatch, work orders, spare parts, etc., is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with SAP FSM modules, such as Service & Asset Management, Planning & Dispatching, Mobile Execution, and REST APIs.

Familiarity with the FSM mobile app and offline capabilities, as well as SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and OAuth, is a plus. SAP FSM certification and experience working in agile project environments are also highly desirable.
