Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI automation professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

This person will play a key role in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

  • Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successful AI project delivery.
