Curriculum Development and Academic Leadership

The successful candidate will lead the development of new curriculum, collaborating with faculty and staff to design and implement innovative educational programs. This role involves conducting research, evaluating current curriculum, and preparing instructional materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and evaluate new curriculum in collaboration with faculty and staff.
  2. Conduct research to inform curriculum design and implementation.
  3. Prepare instructional materials, including outlines and handouts.
  4. Maintain a research database to support curriculum development.
  5. Analyze evaluations and data to inform curriculum improvements.
  6. Develop curricular goals and outlines for new and updated curriculum.
  7. Lead a team of teachers in curriculum development.
  8. Pursue opportunities for professional development in curriculum writing and education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and trends.
