Power Platform Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team and contribute to the digital transformation of our enterprise.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. As a Power Platform Developer, you will take the lead in streamlining workflows, enhancing data visibility, and enabling low-code/no-code innovation – all while playing a pivotal role in modernizing our operational ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.
