Advanced Data Systems Delivery Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team in delivering high-performance, scalable data solutions. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data systems for mission-critical applications.
  • Ensure solutions meet stringent performance, scalability, and security requirements, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Utilize advanced tools and platforms to design, scale, and optimize system topologies to support demanding real-time and batch workloads.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architectures to support high-availability applications.
  • Design data models, schemas, and storage solutions optimized for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Implement and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration across distributed systems.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers, architects, and performance engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on data architecture, advanced data systems, and system optimization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough performance reviews, set team goals, and support career development for team members.
  • Oversee the deployment of large-scale, mission-critical systems handling real-time and batch processing workloads.
  • Lead investigations into performance regressions, scalability issues, or system failures, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.
