About the Role:

  • Establish clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning and efficient execution.
  • Possesses an exceptional drive for results, delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
  • Highly desirable: Prior exposure to Giftedness, including understanding unique needs and characteristics of gifted individuals.
  • Experience in designing and driving initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating expertise and success in the field.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices and adapt to evolving trends.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, building diverse and high-performing teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
