We are seeking a skilled Personalization Expert to join our team.


This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their skills in Adobe Target and personalization to the next level.


As a Personalization Expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing personalized experiences across web and mobile platforms using Adobe Target.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to leverage real-time decisioning capabilities of Adobe Edge and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance on customer segmentation, audience management, and personalization strategy development.

Required Skills:


  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target architecture, implementation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Edge and its integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in journey orchestration, audience management, and customer data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and be able to provide strategic guidance on optimizing customer journeys.


Experience Required: 7-11 years of experience in Adobe Target architecture and implementation.
