Expert SAP ABAP HR Consultant Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert-level support in SAP ABAP programming, HR-specific ABAP development, and SAP HCM (HR) workflows.

  • Proficient in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development.
  • Experienced in HR-specific ABAP development, including Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM (HR) workflows, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.

  1. Deliver high-quality solutions using SAP ABAP programming, HR-specific ABAP development, and SAP HCM (HR) workflows.
  2. Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the organization's needs.
  3. Provide expert-level support in SAP ABAP programming, HR-specific ABAP development, and SAP HCM (HR) workflows.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP ABAP programming, HR-specific ABAP development, and SAP HCM (HR) workflows.
