Seeking a seasoned SAP eWM Technical Consultant to lead the technical design and implementation of SAP EWM developments across multiple projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing custom enhancements using ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and EWM-specific objects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design and Implementation: Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP EWM developments across multiple projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Custom Enhancements: Develop custom enhancements using ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and EWM-specific objects, optimizing system performance and efficiency.
  • Team Guidance: Guide junior developers on RF development, SmartForms, and performance-optimized coding, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs, driving project success through effective communication.
  • Code Review and Mentorship: Review code quality, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Integration Scenarios: Own integration scenarios between EWM and modules like MM, SD, TM, and external systems via IDoc, RFC, Proxy, etc., streamlining data exchange and enhancing system integrability.
  • System Performance Tuning: Provide expertise in system performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Full-Cycle Implementation: Support full-cycle implementation: blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare, delivering comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • SAP ABAP Development Experience: 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with 4+ years focused on EWM, showcasing expertise in system customization and optimization.
  • SAP EWM Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture, technical objects, and warehouse processes, enabling informed decision-making and efficient system operation.
  • RFUI Development Experience: Hands-on experience in RFUI development, SmartForms, WebDynpro/FPM, and OO ABAP, demonstrating proficiency in UI development and customization.
  • Warehouse Processes Understanding: In-depth understanding of Warehouse Orders/Tasks, queues, and resource/process management, ensuring seamless warehouse operations.
  • SAP S/4HANA EWM Experience: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized), leveraging expertise in system upgrade and migration.
  • Integration Experience: Strong integration experience (IDoc/ALE, BAPIs, OData services, Web Services), facilitating data exchange and system connectivity.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading development teams, code reviews, and project deliveries, showcasing leadership skills and expertise in team management.
