Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced risk professional to lead high-impact risk assessments and technical evaluations for top-tier clients in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities, focusing on identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates and improvement plans to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across Risk, Operations, and Insurance to ensure seamless integration of risk management strategies.
  • Support new project reviews and international risk placements, providing expert guidance on risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to Chief Executives, to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8–15 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance in power plants or similar environments.
  • A strong grasp of technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable institution (IIT/NIT preferred).
