Electronics Safety and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an Electronics Safety and Compliance Professional to join our team at Tata Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key EHS functionalities across manufacturing and construction operations.
About the Role- Establish, implement, and enforce safe work practices to ensure a secure working environment for employees.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and policies related to EHS.
- Provide subject matter expertise to business teams, suggesting the best available solutions.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance EHS performance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and investigations into accidents and incidents.
- Facilitate training sessions on EHS best practices for employees.
- Engage in periodic reviews of sector regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Specialist/subject matter expert experience in EHS functions.
- Implementing EHS management systems and processes, standards, and policies.
- Knowledge of EHS statutory requirements and regulations.
- Experience in implementing safety programs in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- IT literacy with Microsoft Office package proficiency.
A Graduate Engineer from a recognized University is required, with MTech candidates being preferred. A Diploma in Industrial Safety is also highly valued.
Work ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of relevant experience in EHS functions.
Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum-
