About The Role / Recruitment

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to partner with universities, colleges, and technical schools for talent acquisition opportunities.

- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events, including job fairs, presentations, and workshops, to showcase company opportunities to students and recent graduates.

- Oversee the internship and graduate recruitment programs, managing interviews, assessments, and offer processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, academic institutions, and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and relationship building throughout the recruitment process.

Lateral Recruitment:

- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract experienced professionals for open roles.

- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and evaluations to determine cultural and role fit for candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

- Leverage social media and other sourcing techniques to attract passive talent and enhance employer branding on campuses and within professional networks.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

- Effectively communicate with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process and drive business results.

Talent Pipeline Development:

- Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles, ensuring a steady supply of talent for business growth.

- Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding on campuses and within professional networks, increasing visibility and attracting top talent.

- Stay up to date with trends in recruitment, particularly in campus and lateral hiring, to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, trends, and insights to HR, informing business decisions and driving recruitment strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-4+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with a plus for experience in lateral hiring. Familiarity with university recruitment processes, campus event planning, and lateral hiring is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including students, university staff, and hiring managers, are essential. Excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, are also required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of social media and digital recruiting strategies, are necessary for success in this role.
