Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled professional to lead solution design sessions, assist with configuration and data migration deliverables, create interface and functional design documents, and run client workshops on business processes, requirements, and system design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions
  • Utilize business process knowledge and best practices to advise and guide customers
  • Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design
  • Conduct business and systems analysis and documentation
  • Design and analyze product gaps in standard product functionality
  • Produce design, system, user, and procedural documentation
  • Configure and set up applications
  • Provide system training to internal and external clients
  • Liaise with development teams to deliver solutions on time
  • Test developments
  • Design and execute data migration strategies
  • Provide go-live and post-live support
  • Lead a team and demonstrate people management skills
  • Prioritize tasks and manage project schedules
  • Analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio
  • Work systematically to analyze situations, resolve problems, and anticipate implications
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Write development specifications and interact with customers to test modifications and resolve issues
