Job Title: Lead Social Compliance Auditor
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Social Compliance Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting social compliance audits, providing training and coaching to our staff, and ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough social compliance audits to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of social responsibility.
  • Provide training and coaching to our staff on social compliance best practices.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with social responsibility standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in social responsibility laws and regulations and ensure that our operations comply with them.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is preferred.
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
