Learning Systems Management Role

The role of a Learning Systems Manager involves overseeing the ongoing management and evolution of learning systems to ensure they meet organizational needs and adapt to changing requirements.

This includes ensuring seamless integration between learning systems and other related systems or tools to provide a unified learning experience.

Additionally, the manager will assess and synthesize feedback from various stakeholders, guiding overall vendor management, including selection, rationalization, and consolidation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor financial management, relationship management, and service performance to ensure costs are right-sized based on benchmarks, work volumes, and business needs.

Other key skills required for this role include analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, as well as proficiency in HCM software and tools.

The ideal candidate will have significant human resources and talent acquisition experience, as well as familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HR, or equivalent.

Experience leading multifunctional teams and collaborating with global teams across various regions is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing system configuration, and leveraging workforce metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key qualifications include a degree in HR or Technology related field preferred, as well as English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4).
