UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging experiences that meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user requirements.
  • Foster collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Presentation of design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
