Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our organization. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless and delightful user experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for apps and web platforms.
  • Utilize Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Design icons, illustrations, and scalable vector graphics that enhance the product experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.
  • Design user-centric solutions aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
  • Innovate with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns to elevate user engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (design or tech certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for apps and product interfaces.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong command of Figma for UI/UX workflows.
  • Proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred):
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to support implementation.
  • Experience in motion design / micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Exposure to EdTech platforms or B2C apps.
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered problem-solving in product/app design.
