We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising and partnerships efforts. As the head of fundraising and partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to secure funding from various sources.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for social impact and a proven track record in securing significant funding. You will have the autonomy to design and implement your own approach, working closely with our leadership team to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian social impact ecosystem and the ability to navigate complex relationships with funders. You will be a strong communicator and storyteller, able to distill our mission and impact into compelling narratives that resonate with donors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with our growth goals
  • Identifying and cultivating key relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors
  • Mobilizing a network of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion
  • Representing our organization at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • A proven track record of securing significant funding from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs
  • A strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and the ability to intuit what funders value
  • An exceptional storyteller and writer, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports
