Seeking highly skilled professionals to excel in patient-facing counseling and hands-on clinical skills. This role combines consultation, IV infusion oversight, emergency preparedness, and surgical assistance experience.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, able to educate and counsel patients on treatment plans in clear, empathetic language. They will also be required to conduct detailed consultations, review medical histories, and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Patient Consultation & Counseling:
    • Conduct thorough consultations, ensuring a deep understanding of patient needs and preferences.
    • Educate patients on treatment options, regenerative therapies, and post-procedure care.
    • Build trust and confidence with patients through empathetic guidance and support.
  • Clinical & Procedural Support:
    • Flawlessly set up IV lines, ensuring pain-free insertion for every patient.
    • Oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration, maintaining compliance with established protocols.
    • Support physicians in minor procedures, regenerative injectables, and surgical preparation as needed.
    • Monitor patient vitals, identify early warning signs, and respond promptly in emergencies.
  • Pre-Procedure Care:
    • Ensure patients are thoroughly prepared for procedures, with complete pre-treatment clearances and education.
    • Provide comprehensive post-infusion guidance, including hydration, medication, and activity instructions.
    • Follow up on recovery progress, ensuring seamless handover for continuing care.
  • Team Collaboration & Training:
    • Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and front desk staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
    • Participate in skill-upgrading sessions, mock drills, and ongoing training to maintain top-tier clinical performance.
