Role Overview

Are you passionate about building the future of AI and working on cutting-edge projects? We're looking for skilled Full-Stack engineers who are excited about solving complex problems, writing clean code, and experimenting with the latest AI technologies.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize AI models using efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for supervised and reinforcement learning from human feedback.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by developing new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communication skills to explain technical work in excellent English.
