Job Title: Full Stack Systems Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in backend development, database management, and API integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services, working extensively on API development, stitching, and integration with third-party services. They will also build database models and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.

In addition, they will collaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for seamless delivery, write unit and integration tests for developed features, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend services using Python.
  • Work extensively on API development, stitching, and integration with third-party services.
  • Build database models and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for seamless delivery.
  • Write unit and integration tests for developed features.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture and RESTful services.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced query writing and optimization.
  • Knowledge of API stitching and handling complex workflows.
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with async programming in Python.
  • Exposure to message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
