The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead who can build strong relationships with CSD and CPC depots, unit-run canteens, and enhance business and market share. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the CSD and CPC sales process, collaborative, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth end-to-end transaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted business volumes and market share.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels for timely delivery.
- Adhere to schedules of price updates at all CSD and CPC units.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the CSD branding and display requirements.
- Payment collection and tracking, as well as helping dealers in coordination with depots and CSD for timely payments.

About the Position
This is a full-time position reporting to the Institutional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be based in New Delhi, India and will be required to travel occasionally for business purposes.
